A plan that involves strengthening this organization and gaining a good name has to do with owning lands in local and foreign countries and organizing agricultrual guilds that train local farmers to produce efficiently, self-sufficientlly, supplying themselves and thier families with food and also creating markets where their food can be sold. The farmers would be treated a employees and a percentage of the money made off of the produce or the produce will be donated to the organization.

This creates a way to put farming back into the hands of the people and with that health and other benefits. I see this as very necessary for thirld would countries where the job market is not as booming as in some countries. It gives people in need, training and the equipment to feed their own families as well as create a market to be able to live to modern/comfortable standards. Diverse, self-sustaing farms would be the goal (organic and soil building/enriching practices and goals would also be the goal). Constant testing of quality would be necessary and active, engaging training as well.
